Renoj Eat Ltd ('Renoj Eat', 'we', 'us', 'our') is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at 20 Finsbury Street, London, EC2Y 9AQ. We operate an online food ordering and delivery marketplace that connects customers with independent restaurants and delivery drivers.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

When you place an order through Renoj Eat, you are entering into a contract directly with the restaurant, not with Renoj Eat. We act as a commercial agent on behalf of the restaurant. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email or in-app notification. Restaurants reserve the right to decline orders at their discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

All prices displayed on the platform are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees and service charges are shown clearly before you confirm your order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We use secure, PCI-compliant payment processors and do not store your full card details.

Delivery times shown are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, restaurant preparation times and other factors outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated time. If your order is significantly delayed, you may be entitled to a partial refund or credit — contact our support team. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

You may cancel an order free of charge within 2 minutes of placing it, before the restaurant has accepted it. Once a restaurant has accepted your order, cancellation may not be possible. If your order arrives incorrect, damaged or significantly different from what was described, contact us within 24 hours and we will investigate and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a full or partial refund, credit or replacement order. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Promotional codes are subject to individual terms and expiry dates as stated at the time of issue. Codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, and have no cash value. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time. Misuse of promotional codes may result in account suspension.

Our loyalty programme allows you to earn and redeem points on eligible orders. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time with reasonable notice. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

You agree not to use Renoj Eat for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to post offensive or defamatory reviews, or to engage in any conduct that disrupts or damages our platform or the experience of other users. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

All content on the Renoj Eat platform — including logos, design, text, graphics and software — is owned by or licensed to Renoj Eat Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renoj Eat's liability to you in connection with any order or use of our platform is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Renoj Eat after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
